4^th Grade Language Arts Homework

 

Language Arts homework is assigned each night. Throughout the week the student does a “spelling contract”. This consists of choosing two activities from a long list of activities on the spelling sheet as well as a parent signed practice test taken the night before the class test. Students also are required to read 20 minutes a night and fill in the Daily Reading Journal (DRJ). This must be signed by a parent each night as well.
